South Carolina Year-Long Stitches Program

Augusta Needlepoint (1516 Monte Sano Avenue) along with other shops, is participating in a class called “A Year in Stitches.” To join, you’ll need to purchase a starter kit that has all the materials you’ll need for the class. Each month has a different theme and you can sign up for as many months as you like (the picture lists all the themes). “The class fee includes the teacher fee, stitch guides, pockets for your binder and a variety of threads as well as a monthly “surcie.” By the end of the year, you will have learned more than 43 stitches.

Other shops participating are: Forest Acres Needlepoint (Columbia, SC), Needlepoint Lane (Spartanburg, SC) and The Needletree (Greenville, SC)
