Community Project in Richmond

The Stitching Studio (5615 Patterson Avenue) is starting the popular Patchwork of Peace project for stitchers to join. “The canvas and threads will be available in the shop for you to come in, choose a square, and stitch a bit. Each square uses a different decorative stitch (247 altogether!), and a different thread, so you will have an opportunity to try a new thread and learn a new stitch.”

Once the project is complete the shop will donate the project to a local charitable cause.
