Winterthur Virtual Conference

The Winterthur Museum is sponsoring a virtual embroidery conference with interactive sessions on October 2 & 3 and lectures available throughout October. Here’s how they describe the conference, “[e]mbroidery has changed dramatically over the centuries as designs and techniques have gone in and out of fashion. Please join us for a series of lectures and workshops exploring the many ways that embroiderers have been inspired by the past to create, and re-create, beautiful needlework today.”
