    Janet,
The original concept for this is from Greater Kansas City Needlepoint Guild.

The Hearts For Hospice phillanthropic project originated in 2015 by the Greater Kansas City Needlepoint Guild. Over 1,000 hearts have been donated to three Hospice homes, include a children’s center, within three years. For information or to donate please contact Heartsforhospicegkcng@gmail.com
